We are looking for a First Line Manager to ensure Employee Safety, Product Quality and Line Efficiency while delivering on time Shift Production Plan

- Possess Process and Product Mastery knowledge – specific technical competencies to convert raw materials to finished product

- Manages overall process, filling and packing operations

- Ensure SOP and good manufacturing conditions are in place

- Investigate consumer complaints and quality deviations

- Involve in New Product Development and launching
-
- Ensure QMS and HAACP SOP in place for production
-
- Troubleshooting quality related matters in production including GMP
-
- Ensure good supply planning by allocating labout and plant equipment to meet daily supply requirements

- Work closely with Engineering Team to ensure routine maintenance to minimize impact of failure in operation

- Manage cost efficiently by adhering to guidlines to control materials, labour, GFOH and M&R usage

- Provide inputs for CAPEX

- Manage people effectively by coaches, trains and motivates teams to maintain good work discipline and people productivity

- Maintains industrial harmony and ensures compliance all Labour Laws and Care Compliances

- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities with shopfloors
- Disseminate information across all levels and practising Nestle Leadership Framework competencies

- Min 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment with union and safety exposure

- Good working attitude and ability to interact with people

- Demonstration of leadership ability by leading a project within a factory environment and positively confronting inappropriate behaviour and using coaching techniques to ensure involvement of the workforce

- Must be able to work in shift
- Have analytical skills and problem solving mindset
