Job Description

This position requires someone with the ability to:
Ensure the implementation of risk and compliance frameworks covering risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies being embedded into the operations of the Cards Business, newly initiated projects or processes in consultation with the Group Risk & Group Compliance teams in order to assure the residual risk ratings meet the Cards business’s risk appetite & in compliance with the regulators’ and bank’s policies.
Manage and lead the Operational Risk and Compliance team
Manage consolidation, evaluation and analyze the Operational Risk Management framework which is covering Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Incidence Management Data Collection (IMDC), Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and etc.
Manage and coordinate the BCP in accordance to BCM process
Risk Impact Analysis (RIA) & sign off for new & variation product/project or initiative
Manage, monitor and follow through of external compliance towards policies and guidelines by the regulators e.g. BNM, PayNet and Cards Schemes
Assist with efforts for internal & external audits including advance preparation, coordination of information between departments and auditor during the audit review, follow up on findings and development of written responses.
Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrate a strong interpersonal skills and is able to articulate well with good writing skills
Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong working knowledge on banking regulations and requirements
